Ana Carolina, from Brazil, is the professor of the Entrepreneurial Projects course, where she oversees the design of sustainable agribusinesses. She graduated in Business Administration from the School of Applied Sciences at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), a public research university in the state of S茫o Paulo, Brazil. She holds a Master of Accounting and Controlling degree from the University of S茫o Paulo (FEA-USP) School of Economics, Administration, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, and is currently a PhD candidate in Management at the same institution. Her research explores the intersection of power and inequalities related to gender, race, sexuality, and ethnicity in organizations. Her particular focus is on nano, micro, and small enterprises, the food chain, business education, and critical studies in Latin America.
